CAC LLC shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to this website. This website is for informational purposes only. We do not sell the advertised items directly on the CAC LLC website/webpages and are not involved in any aircraft transactions, including but not limited to, escrow services, collection or process of payment or transfer of titles.
In order to purchase the CAC LLC membership from this website, you must be at least eighteen years of age and use a credit card. Once the membership fee has been paid, CAC LLC will provide you with a unique user name and password for your membership access. Only you will have the ability to modify your personal information and delete ads. You are responsible for protecting the confidentially of your password. You agree to accept responsibility of all activities, downloads, and fees charged that occur under your account. You agree not to post on this website any threatening, unlawful, defamatory, vulgar, or hateful statements or photos.
