ATA 12 (Servicing)

Inspected and tested ELT IAW FAR 91.207(d). Installed new batteries p/n MN1300. Battery replacement due MAR 2032. Lubricated per maintenance manual.

ATA 27 (Flight Control)

Installed all new aileron trim control cables and rigged. Installed all new rudder trim control cables and rigged. Installed all new elevator trim control cables and rigged. Installed new rod end bearings as required on aileron trim control rods. Installed new rod end bearings as required on rudder trim control rods. Removed flap actuator torque tube link, inspected, cleaned, primed, and reinstalled.

ATA 29 (Hydraulic Power)

Installed all new seals in hydraulic shutoff/bypass valve. Installed all new seals in flap bypass valve. Installed all new seals in flap actuator. Installed all new seals in left and right MLG actuators. Installed all new seals in nose landing gear actuator. Installed new hydraulic filter p/n 6235-4A. Installed all new hydraulic hoses. Serviced system with 5606 hydraulic oil.

ATA 32 (Landing Gear)

Installed new tires and tubes on MLG wheel assemblies. Installed new tire and tube on nose wheel assembly. Cleaned corrosion from right MLG wheel assembly, treated, and primed. Installed new uplock return springs p/n 151-52033. Installed new MLG downlock bungees p/n 159-33150. Cleaned, inspected, and lubricated downlock pin assemblies. Cleaned, inspected, and lubricated uplock bungees. Installed all new rod end bearings on inboard MLG door assemblies. Installed new nose landing gear door springs p/n 159-34304-10. Installed new left nose landing gear door bracket p/n 159-34306. Installed all new seals in left and right brake master cylinders. Replaced corroded hardware as required on landing gear system components.

ATA 51 (Structures)

Fabricated and installed doubler on lower cowl angle. Reworked loose nose gear torque box as follows: fabricated and installed reinforcement per SRM using all new hardware and Hi-Lock fasteners.

ATA 53 (Fuselage)

Replaced canopy control cable p/n 159-52534. Replaced aft canopy lock roller and bolt. Fabricated and installed new support bracket for canopy emergency pressure gauge and valve. Repaired canopy track and truck assembly as required. Adjusted canopy control locks and cables as required. Charged emergency canopy bottle and tested system per MM. Installed all new hydraulic and fuel hoses in fuselage.

C/W AD 58-22-02 (MLG Trunnion)

Performed visual inspection with borescope — no defects noted. Next due: 1025.6 HOBBS.

I certify that this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with a condition inspection and was determined to be in an airworthy condition.

ATA 72 (Engine)

Performed compression check: #1 60, #2 60, #3 70, #4 72, #5 80, #6 65, #7 69.
Removed cylinder #5 for repairs and installed overhauled cylinder overhauled by Blakey Engine Service CRS# PP265215499 W.O.# 5305.
Removed oil sump for repairs and reinstalled using all new gaskets. Checked and adjusted valve clearances as required.
Repaired inter-cylinder baffles as required. Installed all new rocker cover gaskets.

ATA 73 (Engine Fuel and Control)

Installed all new fuel hoses in engine compartment.

ATA 78 (Engine Exhaust)

Removed exhaust assemblies. Installed new exhaust studs and nuts as required. Reinstalled exhaust assemblies. Installed new exhaust assemblies on cyl. #4 and cyl. #2.

ATA 79 (Engine Oil)

Drained oil and serviced with Aeroshell Oil W120. Removed oil screens and cleaned, inspected, and reinstalled. Cleaned and inspected inverted oil check valve. Removed inverted oil tank, inspected, and reinstalled. Installed new inverted oil tank support bracket p/n 200-47157. Removed, cleaned, treated, and primed lower inverted oil tank support bracket. Installed all new oil hoses.

With respect to the work performed, this engine is approved for return to service.
